The council works to preserve Blackburn’s rich history while promoting growth and beautification efforts, such as the Make Blackburn Beautiful project. Their objective is to ensure a well-maintained, welcoming township by addressing community needs, supporting local businesses, and organizing events that bring residents together.

As you’ll see, we’re working hard to be thoughtful with every dollar—stretching our resources to make real improvements in our township. But to keep making a difference, we’ll need continued community support and creative fundraising. Every contribution, idea, and helping hand counts!

Want to have a voice in your community? Come to our monthly town council meetings and get involved in making Blackburn the best it can be! We meet every second Thursday of the month at 6 PM at the Blackburn Schoolhouse.
